INDUCTION MELTING FURNACE (Medium Frequency)

Induction Melting FurnaceWe manufacture and supply fine quality medium frequency induction melting furnaces. Our furnaces are versatile furnaces used for generating a wide range of materials comprising special alloys casted for critical parts, aerospace parts, automotive parts and some other equipment which need mechanical characteristics for successful operation. Components Of Induction Furnace
  • Melting crucibles: Three independent segments are there in our furnace, base frame, tilting frame and interchangeable inductor. Thick refractory lining is there between the melting basin and inductor. Along with this, this component is provided with special trip system for wear on refractory.

  • Ancillary equipment: These equipment are supplied as per client's requirements for a better functionally of the furnace installation. These are as follows:
    • Cooling Tower
    • Step-up & Step-Down Transformers
    • Close loop D.M. Water circulation for crucible
    • Automatic Charging Equipments

  • Medium frequency solid state power converter: Converts the line/mains frequency into medium frequency required for efficient operation. This includes the following:
    • Converting A.C. to D.C.
    • Rectifying & Filtering D.C. Current.
    • Converting D.C. to M.F.A.C.
    • Electrical Safety, Protection, Regulation and Control circuits

  • Medium frequency power factor compensation capacitor bank:Connected with electrolytic grade copper busbars, these capacitors are designed for reducing and avoiding losses occurring due to high currents. Fitted either outside or inside the panel, they compensate low power factor to the crucible.
