New Oven: Safety combined with efficiency
For curing rubber new electrically-heated, 500°F universal oven is now used used for curing rubber parts at a customer facility. The power of the oven is provided by Nichrome wire heating elements. The exterior wall is made up of aluminized steel exterior and 4" insulated walls throughout. It also include all the safety equipment onboard for handling flammable solvents, including explosion venting door hardware and forced exhauster for proper ventilation.

Polyimide Curing Oven
Polymide curing oven is designed especially for polyimide baking and curing. The polymide Cure helps in providing rapid ramp-up and active cooling. Emphasis is given on part-temperature uniformity which prevents over and under curing. From central location the oven can be networked and controlled in order to minimize floor space required in the production environment. The oxidation potential is reduced by the inert nitrogen atmosphere (to 20 ppm O2). The oven features a maximum operating temperature of 350°
