Incinerators for Climbers
Italian National Research Center, in collaboration with the National Institute for Scientific Research and Technology in the Mountains, has designed the portable incinerator. It is light weighted having very less parts and very easy to assemble. The incinerators will help the climbers to burn waste on long expeditions. Waste is placed in an oven through a small opening whereas bellows forces in air, because at high altitudes burning can be difficult because of lack of oxygen. In this incinerator reduction of waste is affected into cinders and gas.
