Heater Maintenance

For effective working and long life of the heater it is necessary you take necessary steps from time to time. Heater consist of various small equipments which requires servicing at the regular intervals.

Heaters are of different types fulfilling different purposes. Some are fuel fired and some are gas fired. In case it uses fuel fired it is necessary you regularly clear the fuel filter. You should also check that whether the heat distribution is uniform or not. In case if there is a leakage get it repaired immediately.

Chimney is an essential part of the heating unit as it disperse the harmful smoke. You should clean the chimney at regular intervals.

The industrial heater should be placed in such a manner that there is at least one inch clearance exists between the heater sheath and the tanks at all time.
