A gas boiler is known for its saving money & energy quality. Though inefficient boilers should be avoided for the betterment. It is durable if maintained properly. Conventional Gas Boilers heats the water which is burn fuel in a combustion chamber surrounded by a water jacket. This heats the water, which is then dispersed around the heating system. Though its not necessary that all heat produced would be used for this purpose as mostly its lost to the surrounding air. Therefore, condensing boilers extract more heat from fuels.

Combination Gas Boilers provide two things at the same time & i.e. instant hot water and central heating. They do not occupy much space. Their installation is not at all complicated. Though they are quite expensive when it comes to their maintenance.

System Boilers are equipped with extras built in necessary to fit to a sealed & fully pumped system. They are larger in size but their installation is absolutely easy. They are cheap & dependable boilers. However, their installation will give one a run for their money!

One should better add residential boiler if planning to buy a gas boiler. They are produced in abundance & are quite cheap. Their transportation is not a big issue because of their small stature. The size of a gas boiler depends on its heating capacity, i.e. in British thermal units per hour (Btu/h) of gas input.
