The fluidized bed incinerators are engineered for
treating sewage sludge or other industrial wastes. It is highly
efficient energy saving system or energy creating system which makes use
of combustion waste heat for recovery. The remenant ash contains no
unburnt combustibles and is uniform and stable in quality. The ash can
be used to manufacture interlocking blocks, etc.
Principle
The silica sand is filled in the incinerator furnace with optimum
quantity in order to form a stabled fluidized-bed at a high temperature.
The fluidized-bed is actively formed in the sand layer, when the
fluidizing air heated with waste heat exchanger is blown from the bottom
of the furnace. The material to be incinerated is placed on the sand
fluidized-bed and mixed with the actively moving sand particle. The
water in the product is evaporated instantly whereas the product
temperature is increased by the contact with hot air. In the
incineration process, the ash so produced is crushed into small pieces
and discharged out of the system and is accompanied with the exhaust
gas. The formed ash is collected with dust collecting system.
Characteristics
- Heat can be recovered easily and also can be saved.
- Reaction and heat transfer rate is high.
- Fluidized Bed Incinerators system provides liquid characteristics
ensuring high automation and labor saving.
- Burnt ash is stable and safe which can be used effectively.
- Small amount of NOX, etc. is generated due to effective and
sufficient burning.
- No organic smell is generated by the exhaust gas.
- Burning efficiency is high and there is no remains of combustible
materials.
Features
- The fluidized bed area is proper and well defined
- Effective and standard fluidized bed materials is used
- Distribution of fluidizing air is uniform
- Freeboard height is proper and is determined by the nature of the
materials to be used
- Available on differnt configuration and sizes
