Drying Oven

Types
On the basis of the configuration and functions, drying ovens can be categorized as follows:

Vacuum Drying Oven
In vacuum drying oven the heating is done in air tight chamber. In this type of oven the air tightness of the chamber door is adjustable. The door is provided with silicon rubber door sealing loop so as to guarantee in-chamber high vacuum. To achieve the maximum of effective volume, the shape of the working chamber is normally rectangular. The object in the working chamber can be viewed from the double glass door. The working chamber is constructed out of high quality sheet steak or corrosion-resistant stainless steel which is both safe and easy to use. Temperature control is precise and reliable. In pressure the tank door is adjustable. The heating time is short. The longevity of the product is ensured by the Stainless steel plate working chamber.

Blasting Drying Oven
The tank core of blasting drying oven is constructed out of quality steel plates and mirror stainless steel with Argon welding. The shell construction is also strong which is made up of strong steel plates and double deck steel glass. The oven has overheat alert, overheat protection, time setting, digital display, advanced temperature monitoring system which helps it to precisely control the temperature.

Precise Drying Oven
Precise drying oven is product which is designed specially for electric parts, rubber, plastics, decoration material and other industries that require strict experimentation. the shell of the instrument is made up of quality steel plate. there are two adjustable separating board inside the chamber whose height can be changed. some of the feature includes overheat alert, overheat protection, time setting system, double deck digital display etc.
