Q 1. What is Hydronic heating?
Ans. Hydronic heating is a system that uses hot water or steam instead of air. With this one can get two types of heat delivery: radiant heat and convected heat. Radiant heat provides warmth directly, whereas the Convected heat is circulated by warm air.

Q 2. Tell me about Regular Boiler?
Ans. It is a type of conventional system which incorporates a boiler and extended controls, a feed and expansion cistern, and a hot water cylinder. The cylinder is fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the loft.

Q 3. What is Combi Boiler?
Ans. It is the most efficient boiler that eliminates the need to store hot water. It combines the function of both water heater and central heating boiler. It helps in saving lot of space because there is no hot water storage cylinder or cold water storage cistern. It also lacks other familiar components of a regular heating system.

Q 4. Is cleaning of boilers necessary?
Ans. Yes, cleaning should be done on the regular basis. The cleaning depends upon the fuel you burn, the hours run etc. At least once a year you should clean your boiler. However if the fireside or waterside is dirty, you should clean your boiler several times a year.

Q 5. Why deaerator is necessary for me?
Ans. Every time you open system you bring oxygen into the system. Oxygen can be removed both mechanically or with sulfite chemicals. However the treatment with deaerator will be more easier and will prevent you from expensive boiler repair.
